Redo is a 6 hour mini-designathon, organised by IEEE PIE Kerala Section in association with Friends of Figma Kozhikode, where the participants are required to redesign the logo of an existing company, announced at its kickoff 🎆

Event Format

📅 The designathon will be held on 24th June 2025 and will start at 6pm.

⏰ Total Duration: 6 hrs.

🎨 Participants can register either individually or as a team of 2-3 members

During this time, participants must:

• Redesign the given logo
• Create or modify the given pitch deck explaining the design approach, color choice, typography, and how the new logo improves on the original.

📜 Guidelines

• Teams may use any design software or tools.
• The new logo should maintain some recognizable identity or essence of the original company.
• Participants will be given a Pitch deck template and a logo to work on.
• The logo must be:
  • Original (no stock art or AI-generated logos)
  • Scalable and versatile for different use-cases.
  • Submissions must include the original source files along with the final logo and pitchdeck, which may be in files in case of photoshop, illustrator etc. or links in case of canva, figma etc.
